The Work

Twenty years of clinical practice teaches you one thing about people: they already know who they are. What they're missing is language precise enough to confirm it — and a framework honest enough to name why the tension they keep running into isn't a character flaw. It's the architecture of their nature.

Most personality frameworks describe. They tell you your type, your profile, your archetype — and leave you with a label that's partially right and somehow still unsatisfying. RUPAandCo. was built to do something different. Not to describe you. To help you understand the tension underneath: the core value in conflict with itself that determines how you move through your work, your relationships, your recurring patterns. When that tension gets named accurately, something shifts. Not fixed. Not resolved. Legible.

That's what the work is for.

The Framework Origin

The Identity Axis framework didn't start as a brand. It started as a clinical observation, repeated across two decades of reading people in conditions where they couldn't manage how they presented themselves. When someone is in your chair, their nervous system tells the truth before they do.

What I kept seeing wasn't personality types or archetypes in the traditional sense. It was tension — a core value pulling in two directions simultaneously, creating a pattern so consistent it was almost architectural. The existing frameworks — Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, Human Design — described the behavior. None of them named the mechanism underneath. None of them said: this is why the pattern keeps repeating, and this is what it looks like when it calibrates.

So I built that framework. Rooted in Jungian tension dynamics, expressed through the symbolic language of the zodiac, delivered in a format precise enough to actually use.

Who I Am

I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and have spent twenty years in clinical practice as a licensed dental hygienist — which is not the combination you were expecting on an identity framework brand, and that's exactly the point.

The psychology foundation is where the Jungian framework came from. The clinical practice is where it got tested. Together, they produce something the identity framework space doesn't have much of: earned precision about human nature. Observed pattern. Tested against real people. Refined until it held.

That's what this framework is built from.

The Invitation

The work lives in the products.

The Identity Axis Guides — each one a complete framework for your sign's core tension, with a daily calibration practice built in.

The Zodiac Collection — botanical symbols rendered in minimal linework, each tee carrying the glyph and the name of the axis it represents. Wear the symbol.

The deeper work — Core Lens Guides, Signature Blueprints, Personalized Blueprints — is for when you're ready to take the axis through every domain of your life.

Start where you are. The pattern will show you where to go next.
